Send us an email and we’ll remove your account within 30 days. The button below opens your email app with a pre-filled message — just fill in the two blanks and hit send.

What we’ll need from you
The pre-filled email asks for two things:
- The email address you signed up with. We need this to find your account.
- Your country (Canada or India), which helps us locate the right record quickly.
Send the email from the same address you signed up with where possible — that’s our fastest way to verify it’s really you.
What happens next
- You hit send.
- We confirm receipt within 5 business days.
- We remove your account and associated data within 30 days of that confirmation.
- You get a final confirmation email once it’s done.
If you change your mind before we process the deletion, just reply to our confirmation email and we’ll stop.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, country, currency, date of birth, age confirmation).
- Every subscription you tracked, including notes and renewal dates.
- Flyers you posted.
- Blog posts and votes.
- Push-notification tokens and notification preferences.
- Marketing email opt-in.
What gets anonymised, not deleted
A small set of records we are legally required to keep are anonymised rather than removed. Your user identifier is stripped from these rows so they no longer point back to you, but the underlying data (amount, date, deal identifier) remains.
- Affiliate-click logs — required for revenue reconciliation with our partners.
- Any transaction-history record we are required to retain under tax or accounting law.
Already signed in to the app?
You can also delete from inside the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. Same 30-day window, same end result.
Refunds
Doodle Save is free during early access. If we have introduced paid features by the time you delete your account, deletion does not automatically trigger a refund — see the refund terms shown at purchase. Email help@doodlesave.co for any billing question.
